Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Crucibl. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.

The service

Crucibl is a relationship-first CRM that builds a working workspace from your business data — Tally exports, Excel files, and connected systems. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time; material changes that affect your use will be communicated to your admin.

Accounts and access

Workspace access is by invitation from your company’s admin. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Admins control member roles, field permissions, and data visibility inside their workspace.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you import. You grant Crucibl the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing, processing, and displaying your data to your workspace’s users, and processing it through enterprise AI providers to deliver features you invoke. See the Privacy Policy for the commitments that apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other tenants’ data, probing or disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful content, or reselling access without an agreement. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the platform at risk.

AI features

AI-generated mappings, answers, and summaries are produced from your data on a best-effort basis and can be wrong. Review AI output before relying on it for financial or legal decisions; you remain responsible for decisions taken on its basis.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crucibl is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Crucibl at any time; data deletion follows the Privacy Policy’s retention terms. We may terminate for material breach of these terms after notice to your admin.
